We take our decaf coffees seriously, and only roast coffees that have been decaffeinated with water process as opposed to those that are processed with chemicals. This Mountain Water Process from Mexico Chiapas has nice smooth chocolate and malt notes, finished with sweet citrus and nutty flavors.
